When you connect to your Human Resources Information System (“HRIS”) provider account with a developer application or otherwise connect your HRIS accounts through our Services, we collect the login information required by the provider of your account, such as your username and password. In some cases, we may also collect other personal information required by the provider of your HRIS account, including your email address, phone number, one-time password, security questions and answers. When you provide us with the information described in this paragraph, you are granting the developer and Merge the authority to act on your behalf to access and your relevant data, including any personal information, from the applicable HRIS provider. Depending on how you use our services, we may collect various types of personal information about you, such as your home address, date of birth, etc.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional personal information about you. For example, when you contact us for support, we will receive your name, email address, the contents of your message, and your phone number if you choose to provide it. If you subscribe to our marketing communications or join our waitlist, we will receive your email address.
Careers. If you decide to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the personal information you choose to provide us as part of your job application, such as your contact information, education, and employment experience. If you apply for a job with us through a third-party platform (such as Glassdoor or LinkedIn), we will collect the personal information you make available to us through such third-party platform.
Location Information. When you use our Services, we may receive your precise location information. We also infer your general location information (for example, your IP address may indicate your general geographic region). We use your location information for internal purposes to, such as to secure and optimize our Services.
Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including internet protocol (IP) address, web browser type, and operating system version.

Developers. We share your personal information with the developer of the application you are using as necessary to provide you with our Services and as directed by that developer. For example, a developer may require your personal information to provide payroll or tax related services to your employer.
Vendors and Service Providers. We may share any personal information we receive with vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Services.
Marketing. We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with nonaffiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes unless we have your permission.

Do Not Track. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.

Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States.
