To help you and your product team get the most of any AI chatbot(s), I’ll share the prompts that help our team save time, make better decisions, and stay customer-centric.
These prompts apply to several facets of your team’s work, from reviewing customer research to planning your roadmap to analyzing product usage data.
To make these prompts more helpful, I’ll also assume that you’re using an AI chatbot that’s approved by your security team for sharing sensitive data.

- Write a summary of the results from the customer survey for the leadership team
- Based on this feedback, which features should we prioritize next quarter?
- How do these survey responses align with our current roadmap?
- Create a one-pager with customer feedback themes, quotes, and suggested next steps
- What are the top 3 actions users take before dropping off?
