Dropbox file downloads ship, HRIS and Ticketing syncs get more reliable
Merge Unified
Dropbox file content download
File Storage
New
Fetching file metadata from Dropbox through GET /files told you a file existed, but getting its actual contents meant a separate call straight to Dropbox's API. GET /files now supports content download for supported file types, so the same endpoint that returns metadata can return the file itself.
Attachment writes extend to three more accounting systems
Accounting
New
POST /attachments now writes to NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Xero, extending attachment upload support across three more accounting integrations. Receipts, invoices, and supporting documents can be attached to records in these systems the same way you already attach them elsewhere in the Accounting API.
File Storage syncs below the drive level get more reliable
File Storage
Improved
Accounts synced below the drive level in SharePoint and OneDrive could show incomplete file and folder lists, since the sync point sat deeper than the tools expected. Files and folders for SharePoint now load reliably in the File Picker at any sync depth, and OneDrive live requests resolve parent paths correctly under the same conditions. SharePoint also now creates the associated drive and files correctly when a non-default document library is selectively synced.
HRIS data quality improvements across nine providers
HRIS
Improved
HRIS syncs returned more complete and more accurate data across several providers this week. ChartHop employees with start dates up to a year out now sync sooner, ADP Workforce Now profile photos source more reliably, and BambooHR's "France, Metropolitan" location now correctly maps to the ISO code FR. Lucca, Paylocity, Zelt, Cezanne HR, and UKG Pro also shipped reliability and error handling improvements across employee, time-off, group, and pay-group syncs.
Ticketing and CRM sync reliability
Ticketing
CRM
Improved
Sync performance and mapping accuracy improved across several ticketing and CRM integrations this week. ServiceNow ticket and user syncs run more efficiently with less system-user noise, GitLab syncs faster across tickets and teams, and Jira handles large ticket volumes more reliably. HubSpot's GET /custom-objects also surfaces custom and non-standard fields more completely, useful since most CRM orgs have custom objects that do not fit any standard schema.
