A larger connector catalog, leaner file handling, and finer Skills permissions

Eight new connectors arrive, with deep coverage for Goldcast and Luma

New

You can enable any of them from the connector catalog now, and Goldcast and Luma both cover their full APIs.

  • Deel, Avalara AvaTax, Clio Manage, SmartAdvocate CaseSync, Docrio, Goldcast, Luma, and Reo.dev are now supported
  • Goldcast adds 73 tools across events, webinars, and registrants
  • Luma adds 67 tools spanning its full API

Attached files now passed by reference for SharePoint, Outlook, Gmail, and Drive

New

Attach a file from SharePoint, Outlook, Gmail, or Google Drive, and Agent Handler passes it by reference instead of pulling it into the conversation. This keeps large attachments out of the context window while agents still read and download them directly. Read more in the Agent Handler docs.

Skills can now publish to three different scopes

You can now publish a Skill to just yourself, your whole organization, or a specific identity provider group. Read more on the Agent Handler page.
